Since the very beginning, Tactive has believed that quality, can-do, above & beyond service is the reason our clients choose us over our competitors. And our employees are the best at making sure our clients print & promo projects are top notch. In this employee spotlight series, we take some time to get to know them a little better.
Say, “Hi”, to Alex Browning!
Alex joined the Customer Success Team in January of 2019. A former art teacher, she now brings her creative abilities to Tactive: assisting Salesforce and other customers with high-impact print & promo projects and supporting Tactive marketing initiatives. Fun Fact: Alex has been hanging around the Tactive offices for years… co-owner Tim is her Dad. Let’s get to know Alex!
1. What are three words that best describe you?
Artistic, Friendly, Cat-Lady
2. What does a typical day at Tactive look like for you?
As part of the designated Salesforce team, I work on mocking up kit ideas and sending proofs/samples to Salesforce clients across the nation. I dabble in both both print and promotional materials, helping our clients work with the latest and greatest in both fields.
3. Before working at Tactive, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
Before Tactive, I was a Visual Arts teacher. My students ranged from ages 9-22, so I have quite a few stories from my classroom!
4. If you could interview one person (dead or alive) who would it be?
I really like the musical artist, Lizzo. I don’t even need to interview her, but if I could be front row at one of her concerts that would be amazing!
5. What is your favorite thing to do in Indy?
Brunch! Breakfast foods and bloody marys are an excellent combination. My favorite is Ralston’s on Mass Ave.
Bonus Question: Share something interesting about you!
Halloween is my favorite holiday! I love dressing up and love any excuse to do so (gen con, theme parties, bar crawls, etc).
Thanks, Alex! Do you need help with your next print and promo piece? Say, “Hi!” We’re ready to make your next project your best yet.
