Since the very beginning, Tactive has believed that quality, can-do, above & beyond service is the reason our clients choose us over our competitors. And our employees are the best at making sure our clients print & promo projects are top-notch. In this employee spotlight series, we take some time to get to know Ryan a little better.
Say, “Hi”, to Ryan Lambert!
Ryan is an Account Executive and works out of Tactive’s main office in the Riverside Neighborhood. He works closely with clients on their print + promo projects, ensuring they receive the best quality service that Tactive has to offer. Let’s get to know a little more about Ryan!
1. What are three words that best describe you?

Genuine, Outgoing & Loyal.
2. What does a typical day at Tactive look like for you?
Whatever clients need that day guides what my day looks like. Most days something appears that wasn’t on a schedule the day before. Although you constantly try to anticipate needs, something always happens to keep you on your toes or redirect your immediate priority.
3. Before working at Tactive, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
I worked as a nightly sports talk radio host and play-by-play broadcaster for small college basketball. In times of unreliable connections in small midwest towns, I once called the first half of a college basketball game from a pay phone in the hallway just outside the gym.
4. If you could interview one person (dead or alive) who would it be?
This one would be personal for me. I’d interview my grandfather when he was my age. I know what his story is since I’ve been around, but I’d like to have more insight into how he got there and the things he hoped for or feared at that stage of life. He’s the person people tell me I take after most so I’d like to talk to him as a peer.

5. What is your favorite thing to do in Indy?
Explore new restaurants. My wife and I have a group of friends that we rotate picking new places to eat with once a month. The one rule is that it has to be somewhere the selector has never been before. The group’s diversity opens us up to explore a lot of food styles or areas of the city we aren’t as familiar with.

Bonus Question: Share something interesting about you!
If I’m taking time off, it’s probably to travel with my family. We have family who have lived in Southeast Asia for many years so we try to visit often. My off-the-beaten-path favorites are Siem Riep, Cambodia, Lashio, Myanmar, Goa, India and Ha Long Bay, Vietnam.
Thanks, Ryan! Do you need help with your next print and promo piece? Say, “Hi!” We’re ready to make your next project your best yet.
