Client Success Manager
Client Success Manager, Tom Laratta left the fast-paced racing industry for the fast-paced printing industry. He started working for Tactive as a graphic design intern before joining the team full-time in 2011. In addition to helping clients with print layout, Tom also assists the E-Commerce department with order processing and fulfillment. Let’s get to know Tom!
1. What are three words that best describe you?
Faithful, Compassionate, Encouraging
2. What does a typical day at Tactive look like for you?
Challenging, in a good way! It is never the same old thing around here. Every day brings a new and different challenge and new requests from clients.
3. Before working at Tactive, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
I worked for an Indy Car Racing Team, mostly maintaining the shop and company vehicles, as well as managing the parts department. Other than my wedding day, the most exciting day of my life came while working for Patrick Racing when Emerson Fittipaldi won the Indy 500 in 1989.

5. What is your favorite thing to do in Indy?
Visiting Central Indiana Wineries with my family.
