In this employee spotlight, we take some time to get to know Lyndsey Mishler a little better.

Project Manager
As a project manager, Lyndsey works on the team that brings one of Tactive’s biggest clients to (real) life. She joined Tactive in the summer of 2023 and primarily works out of our Riverside location. Let’s meet Lyndsey!Â
1. What are three words that best describe you?
Dedicated, Hardworking, Empathetic
2. What does a typical day at Tactive look like for you?
I come in and scan through emails for any urgent requests, make a to do list for the day, huddle with my teammates to go over ongoing projects and figure out where assistance is needed, a few customer meetings/calls throughout the day, head over to T2 for various reasons (search warehouse, kit small projects, help prep for shipping), more emails, online sourcing for projects/gifts. Wrap up, rinse, and repeat 🙂
3. Before working at Tactive, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
I was a professional pony-ride giver and lemon shake-up maker at the fair!
4. If you could interview one person (dead or alive) who would it be?
Sean Evans, host of Hot Ones. He was picked previously by another employee but he’s such an amazing interviewer and I would love to see how he does on the other end, or Hunter S. Thompson, to hear all his stories.
5. What is your favorite thing to do in Indy?
I love hanging out with my husband and kiddos, attending local events and concerts, visiting all the different plant shops and bookstores!
Bonus Question: Share something interesting about you!
I played the stand-up bass for 8 years and secretly always wanted to pick it back up and jam with a local band!
