E-Commerce Developer
Tactive is looking for a self-motivated teammate to join the e-commerce team. As an E-Commerce Developer, you will be assisting with the day-to-day operations of online stores or platforms. This can include tasks such as uploading new product listings, managing inventory levels, fulfilling orders, and responding to customer inquiries. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are essential for success in this role. Additionally, proficiency with basic computer programs such as Microsoft Excel and familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools is required.
Responsibilities
- Create and develop web stores for clients on a variety of platforms
- Customize and integrate third-party e-commerce tools and plugins
- Debug and troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions
- Work closely with clients and various teams at Tactive to deliver projects
- Manage quick turn pop-up style stores as well as ongoing storefronts and projects
- Generate, manage, and manipulate forms and spreadsheets accurately
- General inventory management
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in building and managing Shopify stores
- Minimum of 1 year experience directly managing projects with clients
- Proficient in excel and form building software
- Basic knowledge in Adobe In Design and Illustrator
- Must be able to organize time and multiple projects efficiently
- Must be able to work independently or as a team as needed
- Must possess strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
