Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that support Tactive’s business objectives and sales goals 
• Work with the VP of Sales & Marketing to manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI 
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape 
• Work closely with Digital Marketing Strategist to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing 
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing and sales efforts 
• Create and manage marketing collateral, including product literature, presentations, and website content 
• Manage marketing-related events with support from the Tactive Team, including communication with internal stakeholders 
• Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and adjust strategies accordingly 
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field 
• 3-5+ years of experience in marketing  
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns 
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing 
• Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Terminus or other similar marketing technology platforms preferred
• Experience with market research, data analysis, and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Strong leadership and team management skills 
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
