RLDatix came to Tactive looking for an exciting way to engage employees headed to their FY23 incentive program in Los Cabos, Mexico. Their goal: get attendees excited In the months leading up to the program by sending a box of goodies that offered a sneak peek of the experience before they landed in paradise.
Leaning on a theme featuring the beauty of the Los Cabos oasis and the intention to create a single kit that activated all five senses, Tactive’s creative team got to work!
RLDatix found inspiration in photos of Los Cabos and a “laidback luxury” vibe. Team Tactive translated their vision into a stunning box featuring a die-cut design that offered a glimpse into the scenery of the beautiful Mexican resort.
The box was packed full of products designed to captivate all the senses: a speaker and QR code to a beachy playlist, a tropical-scented candle, a margarita cocktail mix, a super-soft sarape sash made in Mexico, and a pocket-sized Polaroid photo printer so visions of the trip would last forever.
Employees were delighted by the gift, a surprise delivered to their doorsteps as they packed their bags for the trip – and our team had fun imagining ourselves at a resort in Mexico instead of at our desks in the Midwest.
